Death Benefit Protection

If a life insurance company fails, Assuris guarantees that the policyholder will retain up to $200,000 or 85% of the promised Death Benefit, whichever is higher.

Individual death benefits are issued under:

1. Term
2. Universal Life
3. Traditional Whole Life
4. Term to 100
5. Other Individual Life Insurance Products

Group death benefits are issued under Group Insurance policies.
